This house is located in the town of Villaricos, a fishing village that has a variety of services and shops open all year round as well as a market every Sunday. The coastal towns of Vera, Garrucha and Mojácar are just a few minutes away by car. Directly upon entering the property there is a spacious hall, to the left of this the marble stairs that lead to the first floor. Following the hall through a corridor are the rooms on the ground floor: a storage room with a door under the stairs, a spacious shower room, a bright independent kitchen  (not fitted) with a pantry and to the end is the large living-dining room. Upon accessing the second floor and through a corridor there is a first bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and access to the beautiful terrace with sea views on the right, followed by a second bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a good-sized third bedroom.At the end of the corridor is the family bathroom.
