These properties are located on Rambla de Oria, a very quiet neighborhood of Oria, around 15 minutes from Albox, a large commercial town where all the amenities and services are located and approximately one hour from the Almeria coast. The first home has a beautiful grapevine at the door, beautifying the view of it and providing shade to make a great living area. To the right of the front is the garage door that benefits from an oven and access to a bedroom at the back with a door that connects to the main house. Upon entering the property there is a room with a wood-burning fireplace, in front another room, which has access to the garage, and to the left is a room and the access stairs to the first floor. On that floor there is one more room. The second home has a large room with a wood-burning fireplace, on the right hand side there is a bedroom. In front of the entrance room is the kitchen and on the left is a hallway with a shower room.From the main room and on the left are some steps that give access to another room, in this, other steps on the left give access to a large bedroom with another one to the left.
