Country villa of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 3 hectares of land.  This fantastic property is very quietly located a few minutes from the village of Somontín where all necessary amenities can be found. The larger town of Olula del Rio is 10 minutes away where there are supermarkets, shops, schools, medical center, etc. The beaches of Almería can be reached in 40 minutes. Part of the land surrounding the house has been fenced in to provide a pet friendly area around the house.  Gates open on to the plot which is mostly concreted with to one side a covered car port that could easily be turned into a garage.  To the other side of the house is located the tiled swimming pool with roman steps which has security fencing round it. To the front of the house is a large covered terrace area providing a great place to sit in the shade and admire the beautiful views.  The main door opens into the lounge/diner, a spacious room with large feature wooden fireplace housing an open fire as well as a small pot belly wood stove the other side of the room. The kitchen is separated from the lounge by a stone breakfast bar dividing the space. The kitchen is a  good size with Andalucian style storage and traditional cupboards and large wood burning stove with oven, the kitchen is large enough to fit a breakfast table and chairs.
