The house is located on the outskirts of Velez Blanco, 10 minutes from the commercial town of Velez Rubio where all the amenities and services are located and just over an hour from the coast. It has a plot in front of the house with parking space.The main door opens to a hall that has a wood-burning fireplace. To the left, a living room has access to the outside of the house and access to a bathroom. Passing through the hall is the kitchen where there are also the access stairs to the first floor.On the left is a room and on the right is a bedroom. Another door opens to a hallway with two more bedrooms on the right, another bedroom and another room on the left.From the hallway on the first floor there is access to a terrace.
